New Church in Teculutan, Guatemala

Praise the Lord !  On the week of February 20th, 56 souls were added to the Lord's Church.  Thirty-six students from the BICA school in Guatemala along with 6 other Spanish speaking evangelists conducted over 600 Bible studies and with the help of the Lord, 56 souls were added to His Church.

This is a town of 15,000 people where no Church had existed before.  The Church  in Belton, TX gave this Church a hand up not a hand out.  With only $10,000 we were able to hire 2 local vocational preachers for one year, pay the rent and the utilities for one year, pay for 2 students from the school to work with this Church  on weekends and pay for 2 campaigns by the students from the BICA school in Guatemala.  The local preachers will be self-supporting at the end of the year and we hope to start another Church in another town without a Church the following year.

If your Church would like to extablish a Church just like this, please contact Ted McKissick at 254-718-3030 or ted@bica.info for more information.
